Goods up to 2 kilos in weight are sent out by Royal Mail first class post, unless you otherwise select second class for the smaller items.
Goods over 2 kilos in weight are usually sent out by Parcelforce, 48 hour, tracked and signed for service.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulation Act 2014.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 working days.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:
Goods that arrive faulty or damaged must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods to [email protected] . Please take a photo of the damaged or faulty goods. The damaged or faulty goods should then be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to Alpine Country Homes, 11 New Lumford, Bakewell, Derbyshire DE45 1GH in their original packaging for which Alpine Country Homes agrees to incur the costs of returning the goods that are faulty or damaged. We recommend that you return your goods by royal mail signed for delivery as unfortunately the goods remain your responsibility until received by us.
